Leukos Supercontinuum Lasers

Photonic Solutions is now the exclusive UK distributor for Leukos Supercontinuum lasers.

Ideal for Scientific and Industrial applications, Leukos supercontinuum laser sources are based on next-generation optical fibers. This allows the laser sources to cover wavelengths from UV (320nm) to mid-IR (4500nm) with total average powers from 10s of mW to several Watts, with pulse-on-demand or quasi-CW operational modes. The flexibility also allows for different pulse-widths (picosecond, sub-nanosecond, or nanosecond).

Since 2006, Leukos have been manufacturing compact, supercontinuum lasers based on their expertise in nonlinear optics. Combining a unique capability in fluoride fiber technology with pioneering expertise in supercontinuum generation, Leukos offers the most extensive portfolio of supercontinuum lasers.

These cutting-edge laser sources have proven applications within science and industry from high resolution bioimaging, OCT, hyperspectral imaging, ultrafast spectroscopy, pump-probe spectroscopy and flow cytometry.

The Leukos product range includes:

Samba – compact, benchtop supercontinuum

Disco – Low timing jitter supercontinuum

New Wave , Rock and Electro VIS for powers up to 6W with flexibility in pulse width and operation at MHz repetition rates

For output in the NIR to Mid IR up to 4500nm, chose from Electro VISIR, Electro IR and Electro MIR 4
