Oxide has over 20 years of experience developing continuous-wave (CW) deep-ultraviolet lasers at 266 nm. Their Frequad series is built around highly reliable BBO wavelength-conversion crystals and a precision voice coil motor (VCM) servo-locking system — proprietary technology that delivers the stable, single-frequency CW output that demanding research and industrial applications require.
Four variants cover the full range of output requirements, from the compact, cooling-free Frequad-C at 20–50 mW through to the high-power Frequad-HP at up to 2 W. Across the range, all models share excellent beam quality (TEM₀₀, M² < 1.3), narrow linewidth, and high extinction ratio (>100:1).
