ATP3000 Series High-Resolution, Uncooled Spectrometers provide users with high spectral response and optical resolution in a single unit.
Optosky‘s ATP3000 spectrometers are used where fast reactions need to be monitored and high resolution is necessary. Applications include characterising lasers, measuring gas absorbance and determining atomic emission lines.
The ATP3000/ATP3040 employs 2048/4096 pixel CCD sensor with spectral response covering UV to NIR. Readout speeds reach up to 10MHz. The ATP3000 series have low noise signal processing with fast and accurate spectral data collection.
The ATP3040 further improves on SNR and dynamic range giving higher stability and measurement reliability across the full operating temperature range.
