The ATP5020/5040 miniature spectrometers feature back-thinned charge coupled device (CCD) area image sensors which offer high UV response, great signal-to-noise characteristics and wide dynamic range, making them especially suited to low light level applications.
The ATP5020P is a high-performance refridgerating micro-fiber spectrometer using a 2048×64 pixel cooled linear CCD. The CCD can work in a set constant temperature environment (up to 5oC), which greatly reduces the noise of the sensor and achieves excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
ATP5030 spectrometer is a cooled, ultra-high resolution micro spectrometer based on the M-type optical path structure and it uses a cooled 2048 linea, it can reach 0.05nm resolution. ATP5030 adopts TEC electric cooling, the cooling temperature is -5℃. Greatly reduce the dark current and noise of the spectrometer, and improve the dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio of the spectrometer.
ATP5020 UV-Vis spectrometer employs the ultra-high performance, high-sensitivity, high resolution, and cost-effective model. ATP5020 spectrometer is ideal for Raman system well. It uses 2048 x 64 pixel, a back-thinned CMOS+Cooler (-5℃). Sensor noise is reduced, and SNR is almost 2 times higher than others. Increased reliability can remain measure result do not change with temperature.
