Taper suppression

Depending on the laser power, process parameters, or
the material, the taper suppression can be of:

•  – ~ 5° to 7° with a 50 mm focusing objective
•  – ~ 2° to 4° with a 100 mm focusing objective
•  – ~ 1° to 3° with a 167 mm focusing objective
  Scanning field
•  5×5 mm with a 50 mm focusing objective
•  20×20 mm with a 100 mm focusing objective
•  40×40 mm with a 167 mm focusing objective
  Transmission
•  Precession mode: 80% @1030 nm and 75% @515 nm
