All QE detectors are pyroelectric devices measuring the energy of individual laser pulses. They connect via a smart interface that carries the full calibration data, and are compatible with the MIRO ALTITUDE, MAESTRO, U-LINK, S-LINK, M-LINK, and the INTEGRA all-in-one option for direct PC connection.
QE-MB SERIES — BROADBAND ABSORBER, GENERAL PURPOSE
The standard QE range for most pulsed energy measurement applications. The MB (molybdenum black) absorber provides excellent broadband response from 248 nm to 2.1 µm. Available in six aperture sizes: QE12 (12 × 12 mm), QE25, QE50, QE65, QE95, and QE195-MB for large multi-joule beams. The QE12LP runs to 300 Hz; the QE12HR variant reaches 1 kHz. Optional QED attenuators extend the measurable energy by up to 5×, with calibration available across 532–1064 nm or for a single wavelength.
QE-MT SERIES — ALTERNATIVE COATING
The MT coating provides a different spectral absorption profile suited to specific wavelength ranges or applications where the MB coating is less optimal. Available across the same aperture range as the QE-MB. Contact us to confirm suitability for your laser wavelength.
QE-B SERIES — ULTRA-LOW ENERGY DETECTION
The QE-B measures from 50 nJ (MB coating) or 100 nJ (BL coating) — providing pyroelectric energy measurement at sensitivity levels that would typically require a photodiode. Two coating options available. Compatible with the MAESTRO, U-LINK, S-LINK, and M-LINK via the APM(D) analogue supply.
