The Lasea Quartz is a modular, autonomous production platform engineered for industrial environments where versatility and precision are equally critical. It integrates nanosecond lasers, femtosecond lasers, or IR welding lasers, and can be configured with LASEA’s full range of process modules — including LS-Scan, LS-Shape, LS-Precess, LS-Split, and LS-Polar — making it one of the most adaptable systems in the LASEA portfolio.
The Quartz supports engraving, decoration, welding, 0° cutting, standard cutting, marking, texturing, and thin-film removal. Its modular architecture allows reconfiguration as processes or products evolve. The optional Geode palletiser and LASERCAM vision software enable highly autonomous, high-throughput production.
