Lasea Quartz

The Lasea Quartz is a modular, autonomous production platform engineered for industrial environments where versatility and precision are equally critical. It integrates nanosecond lasers, femtosecond lasers, or IR welding lasers, and can be configured with LASEA’s full range of process modules — including LS-Scan, LS-Shape, LS-Precess, LS-Split, and LS-Polar — making it one of the most adaptable systems in the LASEA portfolio.

The Quartz supports engraving, decoration, welding, 0° cutting, standard cutting, marking, texturing, and thin-film removal. Its modular architecture allows reconfiguration as processes or products evolve. The optional Geode palletiser and LASERCAM vision software enable highly autonomous, high-throughput production.

• Laser Engraving & Decoration
  • Vision-aligned decoration of luxury goods, watches, jewellery, and personalised items. Supports nanosecond laser coloring on gold, titanium, and steel, and femtosecond texturing for complex micro-patterns.
• Laser Welding
  • Hermetic and aesthetic welding of metals (aluminium, titanium, stainless steel) and polymers for medtech, electronics, micromechanics, luxury, and automotive applications. Minimal heat-affected zone. Biocompatible process for medical implants.
• 0° Taper Cutting
  • Straight-sidewall cutting of medical devices, precision components, and thin-walled tubes when the LS-Precess module is fitted.
• Laser Marking & Traceability
  • High-speed marking for UDI codes, branding, and batch traceability across MedTech, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.
• Surface Texturing
  • Functional and decorative surface texturing across metals, polymers, and ceramics. Applications include tribological textures, hydrophobic surfaces, and luxury finishes.
• Thin-Film Removal
  • Selective decoating of electronics, optics, and solar cell films. High spatial resolution with minimal substrate damage.
