Express FLIM Fast Online Video FLIM Streaming

Record real-time video streams with the BH Express-FLIM System. Log FLIM data or other fast FLIM sequences with DCS-120-based confocal and multiphoton FLIM systems and DCS MACRO systems.

Express-FLIM allows you to see lifetime images in real-time. The colour coding allows you to see any changes in the lifetimes of your probe with up to 5 frames per second, be it because of external stimulation or because the probe has moved. Up to 3 single-photon detectors can be simultaneously recorded in three channels. The required data processing procedures are implemented in the SPC-QC-104 and the SPC-180 TCSPC FLIM modules.

FLIM systems based on these modules can be run either in the Express-FLIM mode or the normal high-resolution-FLIM mode just by loading different data acquisition software.
