Lasnix manufactures unique substrate-free infrared components: free-standing metal grids to control polarisation and power.
Lasnix is based in Berg, Germany. Their philosophy since 1984 has been to maintain the highest quality in technical information and production. The range of products have application areas in beam quality assurance, detector calibration, heterodyne filtering and in laboratory and OEM power meters amongst others. Since the grids have no substrate they do not deviate or offset the beam. Lasnix components span the near to far infrared (0.7 – 1200 µm). They can handle up to 30 kW and thus tame the strongest CO2 laser beams on the market.
