Zolix SM1 lens tubes are used to secure Ø25.4 mm optics and create light-tight beam paths to prevent interference from ambient light. These tubes can be equipped with external thread, internal thread, or both. They can also be connected to extend the optical path length, making it easy to build compact optical systems. The optics are separated and secured by positioning the retaining rings within the lens tube using a ring wrench.
Three variants are available:
- Internal and Externally SM1 threaded
- External only SM1 thread
- Internal only SM1 thread
