Sciencetech Ax-Lightline

The Sciencetech AX-LightLine brings Class AAA solar simulation wherever you need it. The AX-Lightline sends simulated sunlight through a fiber, so you bring the light to your sample. This design suits glovebox integration, tight test setups, or manufacturing lines. It runs on a 300 W xenon short arc lamp. Control output via touchscreen power supply (80–100 % current), and you use a computer-controlled shutter for precise exposure.

Choose from three models:

  • AX-100, delivering up to 18 suns on a 10 × 10 mm area.
  • AX-200, offering 4 suns on 25 × 25 mm.
  • AX-400, providing 1 sun over 50 × 50 mm.

You can add internal accessories during order, like a motorised 6-position filter wheel, filters, or a continuous attenuator. Every unit includes a two-position tray for air mass filters for ASTM E927-19 classification. You can also request IEC 60904-9 or JIS C 08912 compliance.

It includes a standard four-foot fiber light guide, optionally KF-flanged for gloveboxes. It runs off 120–220 VAC and is CE-compliant. With the AX-LightLine, you get directional, high-intensity solar simulation in a compact, highly adaptable package.

Ideal for: glovebox-enclosed experiments, inline device testing, solar cell validation, materials research, and any context that needs flexible, precise solar exposure outside conventional bulky simulators.
