All NoIR LaserShields are manufactured from CE-marked, M-Rated polycarbonate, providing impact resistance alongside laser protection. Filters are engineered to highly specific OD tolerances and visibility levels — the VLT% (visible light transmission) figure indicates how much visible light passes through the filter, which is an important consideration for tasks requiring clear vision.
