Zolix‘s KA Series High-Precision Motorised Linear Stages. Designed as a group of middle-size and middle-travel-range precision motorised stages (50-1000mm).
KA plates have a high-rigidity U-type structure to ensure suitability for rugged applications. These include those needing heavy loads, high rigidity and multi-dimension combinations.
Fine machining for U-type aluminium alloy base plates, treated with black anodic-oxidation, giving high rigidity and a nice appearance.
An externally imported grating ruler ensures 1μm closed-cycle resolution. The KA uses precise-grade linear slider guides, guaranteeing a high load capability and high motion accuracy

An optional stainless-steel dustproof cover is available to protect all inner parts of the KA stages from particles and dust in real operation environments. This would guarantee better stability, durability and the capability to keep a long-term accuracy.
KA series products employ precise-grade ball screws, linear-slider guides and high-performance Shaft coupling units. This design offers good adaptability for use in accurate operation scenarios with relative complex environments.
An external grating ruler is used with Zolix controllers MC600 or TMC-USB to ensure 1μm closed-cycle resolution.
