InGaAs Camera: C16741-40UT

The Hamamatsu C16741-40U InGaAs camera delivers high-resolution imaging in the visible to SWIR (400–1700 nm) range. It uses a 1280 × 1024 InGaAs sensor with 5 µm pixels for fine spatial detail.

Capture up to 71.5 fps via USB 3.1 Gen 1, with 12-bit and 8-bit A/D conversion. The integrated Peltier cooling maintains sensor stability at around +15 °C with forced-air cooling (or +20 °C natural-air).

Users can control exposure from 20.46 µs to 1 s in 13.09 µs steps. Plus benefit from edge, level, and start triggering, with SMA connectors and 0–10 s delay (1 µs resolution).

The camera also offers background subtraction, shading correction, and a C-mount lens interface. It runs on 12 V DC, consuming ~15 W, and supports ambient use from 0 °C to 35 °C, with storage down to –10 °C.

This camera suits all your silicon wafer inspection, IR beam profiling, solar cell evaluation, food and agricultural testing, and cultural heritage imaging needs. It offers excellent sensitivity, speed, and stability; all in a compact, easy-to-integrate module.
