Topas White non-collinear OPA for (NOPA) giving high conversion efficiency to ultrashort 10-30fs pulses and high energy output.
The Topas White utilises 100+fs pulses to generate 10-30fs output - high energy output (>40µJ in visible wavelength range).
The basic principle of operation of NOPA relies on parametric amplification of a chirped signal produced by supercontinuum generation in a transparent medium possessing third order nonlinearity. The non-collinear geometry is used due to broad amplification bandwidth in the visible spectral range.
